China Huadian Corporation Sichuan Corporation was established on March 23, 2003. It is a branch company set up by China Huadian Corporation in Sichuan. According to the authorization and commission of Huadian Corporation, Huadian Corporation is responsible for the management of Huadian Corporation in Sichuan. Huadian Sichuan Power Generation Co., Ltd. was established on November 8, 2004, based on Huadian Group in Sichuan Po Chu Temple Power Plant and other six internal accounting plant all the assets and Xixihe Hydropower Development Co., Ltd.
