海参粘多糖Sjamp在终浓度为5~500μg/ml时能引起兔血小板的聚集反应,EDTA不影响Sjamp对血小的作用。Sjaamp引起的兔血小板聚集并不伴有血小板5-羟色胺的释放反应,聚集后的血小板形态无镜著改变,颗粒并不减少。本文对上述结果进行了讨论。
The sea cucumber glycosaminoglycan Sjamp can induce rabbit platelet aggregation at a final concentration of 5-500 μg/ml. EDTA does not affect the effect of Sjamp on blood smallness. The platelet aggregation induced by Sjaamp was not accompanied by the release of platelet serotonin. The aggregated platelet morphology was not changed by microscopic observation and the particles did not decrease. This article discusses the above results.
