鸡血藤注射液系由豆科植物昆明鸡血藤(Millettia reticulata Benth)根提取制成.每支安瓿10ml 装,内含2g 生药.小鼠妊娠第6~9天,每日灌服给药一次,总剂量0.24g/只(8g/kg),有一定的抗早孕作用;同法每日腹腔注射给药一次,总剂量0.40g/只(13g/kg),有显著的抗早孕作用(妊娠率对照组为70%,给药组为0%,N(?)10,P<0.01)。腹腔注射一次给药,小鼠 LD_(50)为101.5g/kg,其95%平均可信限为101.5±10.1g/kg(91.4—116.6g/kg)。小鼠最大耐受量为8g/kg 相当于人用剂量(设0.04g/kg)的200倍。小鼠抗早孕有效剂量仅为LD_(50)的1/12—1/8.安全性试验中,各项指标均符合中草药注射剂的要求.
The Millettia injection was extracted from the root of the leguminous plant Millettia reticulata Benth. Each ampoule was packed in 10 ml and contained 2 g of crude drug. The mice were administrated daily for 6 to 9 days of gestation. Once, the total dose of 0.24g / only (8g/kg), a certain degree of anti-pregnancy effect; the same method daily intraperitoneal injection once a total dose of 0.40g / only (13g/kg), a significant anti-pregnancy effect ( The pregnancy rate was 70% in the control group, 0% in the administration group, and N(?)10, P<0.01). In the safety test, all indicators are in accordance with the requirements of Chinese herbal medicine injection.
