化工矿山设计研究院选矿室去年进行的大峪口磷矿石的浮选扩大试验中,开始采用常规的顺序返回流程(一粗二精一扫),在入选原矿P_2O_518.18%时,获得磷精矿品位33.95%,收率82.28%。试验中,发现精、尾矿品位波动较大,调整药剂对降低尾矿亦不明显。后将一精尾及扫选精矿合并单独处理,并添加少量抑制剂S_(711)及氧化石腊皂,排出两个尾矿的情况下、回收率增加4%左右。
In the flotation expansion test of the Dayukou phosphate rock conducted by the Chemical and Mine Design and Research Institute’s dressing room last year, the routine sequence return process (a rough and fine sweep) was started. When the raw ore P_2O_518.18% was selected, phosphorus Concentrate grade 33.95%, yield 82.28%. Test, found that fine, tailings grade volatile, adjust the agent to reduce the tailings is not obvious. After a tail and cleaning concentrate were treated separately and a small amount of inhibitor S_ (711) and paraffin soap were added, two tailings were discharged, and the recovery rate increased by about 4%.
