7月1日,我国新的《生活饮用水卫生标准》正式实施。水质指标由原来的35项增至106项,全部要求强制执行。6月20日在巴西里约热内卢开幕的联合国可持续发展大会(里约+20),是联合国历史上规模最大的环境会议,而水资源问题正是此次大会的热点话题。联合国副秘书长沙祖康担任了本次峰会的秘书长,他在峰会上重申了联合国历次会议的承诺:2000年前所有城市居民每人每天可获得至少40升的安全水源;到2015年将把没有安全饮用水和基本卫生条件的人口减少一半……那么,世界各国水资源包括中国水资源的家底是怎样的状况?我们的饮水安全靠什么来保证呢?
