一、概述阻尼器的功用是对物体的运动起阻尼作用。设计阻尼器的目的是在保证系统动作快速性和工作精度的同时,提高系统的稳定性。一般应特别注意以下几个方面的问题: 1.阻尼器与系统连接处的活动间隙的影响应当最小。 2.应该考虑到液压油的热膨胀问题。 3.必须防止空气进入阻尼器的工作腔。各种形式的阻尼器可以根据不同的具体要求来设计,其结构形式可分为缝隙阻尼、小孔阻尼、缝隙兼小孔阻尼等等。它们的结构原理基本相近,但又各有特点,可适应不同的要求进行选择。本文介绍的这种液压阻尼器在结构及性能上有许多特点,其工作原理图如图1所
I. Overview The function of the damper is to dampen the movement of the object. The purpose of designing the damper is to improve the stability of the system while ensuring the quickness and accuracy of the system operation. In general, special attention should be paid to the following aspects: 1. The influence of the clearance between the damper and the system connection should be minimized. 2. Consideration should be given to the thermal expansion of hydraulic oil. 3. Air must be prevented from entering the working chamber of the damper. Various forms of dampers can be designed according to different specific requirements, the structure can be divided into the gap damping, small hole damping, small hole damping and so on. Their structural principles are similar, but each has its own characteristics, can be adapted to different requirements to choose from. This article describes the hydraulic damper in the structure and performance of many features, its working principle shown in Figure 1
