本文采用传递矩阵法对我系研制的水射流采煤机的阀振荡系统的动态特性进行了分析、找出了使泵出口压力脉动最小的阀运动参数。以该振荡系统为实例、对传递矩阵法作了详细的介绍。根据实验所得的数据充分证明了这种数值解法的可行性。
In this paper, the dynamic characteristics of the valve oscillating system of the water-jet shearer developed by our department were analyzed by using the transfer matrix method, and the valve movement parameters that minimize the pressure pulsation at the pump outlet were found out. Taking the oscillation system as an example, the transfer matrix method is introduced in detail. Based on the experimental data, it proves the feasibility of this numerical method.
