进行活塞环组的润滑分析,必须先确定各环间空间内泄漏气体的压力,这是活塞环滑动面上润滑油膜的压力边值,也是作用在活塞环上、下侧面和背面上的压力值。在新近发表的有关活塞环组润滑的文献中,在计算漏气压力时都未考虑温度的变化,但缸壁温度的实测结果表明,一些工况下缸壁温度变化是很剧烈的。为此,本文把泄漏气体的流动作为非稳定流动处理,在求解漏气压力时不仅考虑气体质量的变化,而且考虑温度的变化。文末附有计算示例,结果表明考虑温度变化是非常必要的。
For the lubrication analysis of the piston ring group, the pressure of the leaked gas in the space between the rings must be determined first, which is the pressure of the lubricating oil film on the sliding surface of the piston ring and also on the upper and lower sides of the piston ring . In the recently published literature on lubrication of piston ring sets, no change in temperature was taken into account in the calculation of blow-by pressure, but measured cylinder wall temperatures show that the temperature of the cylinder wall changes violently in some conditions. Therefore, this paper treats the flow of the leaked gas as unsteady flow, and considers not only the change of gas quality but also the change of temperature when solving the leak pressure. At the end of the article, a calculation example is attached. The result shows that it is necessary to consider the temperature change.
