我国50~70年代20年间建成深水泊位30个,70~80年代10年间建成深水泊位50个,80~90年代的10年间就建成深水泊位152个,沿海港口吞吐置10年间增加2.5倍。进入90年代后,随着深化改革、扩大开放,各省市对公路、港口予以很大优惠政策,交通建设的投入也不断增加,港口取得飞速的发展。根据交通部制定的我国水路交通发展长远规则,从“八五”开始,用30~50年的时间建成我国的港口主枢纽,建设多种功能的枢纽港42个,其中沿海
