由中国港口协会规划委员会召开的“保税区工作研讨会”,5月22～23日在上海浦东新区外高桥大酒店举行。海口、福田、厦门、福州、汕头、广州、天津、青岛、张家港、上海等10家保税区和厦门、深圳、张家港、上海、芜湖等港务局及上海海运学院与交通部水运司、中国港口协会的领导、教授等34人出席。中港协副理事长李级三和顾问丁承显分别主持会议。理事长李维中,第一副理事长屠德铭,交通部水运司港口管理处处长张钧雷莅会讲话。
The Free Trade Zone Seminar held by Planning Committee of China Port Association was held in Waigaoqiao Hotel, Pudong New Area, Shanghai from May 22 to May 23. 10 Bonded Areas including Haikou, Futian, Xiamen, Fuzhou, Shantou, Guangzhou, Tianjin, Qingdao, Zhangjiagang and Shanghai, Port Authority of Xiamen, Shenzhen, Zhangjiagang, Shanghai and Wuhu, Shanghai Maritime College and the Department of Water Transport of the Ministry of Communications and China Port Association Leaders, professors and other 34 people attended. Vice Chairman Li of China and Hong Kong and Consultant Ding Chengxian respectively presided over the meeting. Li Weizhong, chairman of the board, Tu Deming, the first vice chairman of the board of directors, and Zhang Junlei, director of the Port Management Department of the Water Transport Division of the Ministry of Communications attended the meeting.
