肌注MB-2对小鼠二甲苯耳廓炎症、大鼠角叉莱胶性足肿胀和急性胸膜炎以及巴豆油性肉芽肿均有明显抗炎作用(剂量在2 .5～10mg/kg之间),由于本品化构中无酸性基团,散其胃肠道刺激性小于吲哚美辛。提示该药可能是较有希望的新型非酸性非甾体类抗炎药物。
