在头孢三嗪(Ceftriaxone,CTX)与妥布拉霉素(Tobramycin,TOB)协同抗菌作用机理的研究中,作者等曾报道~3H-二氨基庚二酸(~3H-DAP)和CTX、TOB单用、联用对大肠杆菌K12DP50SupF(DAP~-,THY~-,BIO~-)生长的影响及CTX对~3H-DAP向大杆菌掺入、CTX和TOB联用对~3H-亮氨酸向绿脓杆菌1018掺入的影响。本文系该研究工作的继续,采用大肠杆菌As1.1422二氨基庚二酸营养缺陷株,以相应的[~(14)C]二氨基庚二酸掺入细菌胞壁合成指标,测试CTX、Ceftazidime(CTZ)及TOB单用及联用时对细胞壁合成的影响,以探讨两类药物协同作用机理。
