乡卫生院是防治结合的基层医疗卫生机构。几十年来,随着管理体制的逐步健全,技术水平不断提高,在初级卫生保健方面做了大量工作,已经取得了很大成绩。我国初级卫生保健取得举世瞩目的成就说明,没有乡卫生院是不可能的。近几年来,有人认为,乡卫生院存在着“重治轻防”的倾向,不利于贯彻预防为主的方针,防治结合的体制
Township hospitals are basic medical and health institutions for prevention and control. Over the past decades, with the gradual improvement of the management system and continuous improvement in the level of technology, a great deal of work has been done in primary health care, and great achievements have been made. China’s primary health care has achieved world-renowned achievements and it is impossible to have no township health center. In recent years, some people believe that there are tendencies to “reinvention and light defense” in township health centers, which are not conducive to the implementation of the principle of prevention, and the system of prevention and control
