语用迁移现象是语际语用学一个重要的研究领域,本文旨在分析讨论中国英语学习者在英语商务信函中实施抱怨言语行为时是否存在语用迁移现象。本文参考了语用迁移和语用失误的理论、Olshtain和Weinbach及Trosborg的抱怨策略理论进行语料分析,分析结果显示中国英语学习者和英语本族语者在选择抱怨的直接程度及抱怨的策略方面存在语用迁移现象,从而建议广大英语学习者应该注重目标语的语用知识学习。
The phenomenon of pragmatic transfer is an important research area of inter-linguistic pragmatics. This paper aims to analyze and discuss whether there is a pragmatic shift of Chinese EFL learners in implementing complaint behaviors in English business correspondence. In this paper, the theories of pragmatic transfer and pragmatic failure, Olshtain and Weinbach and Trosborg’s theory of complaining strategies are used to analyze the corpus analysis. The results show that both Chinese EFL learners and English native speakers are more likely to choose the directness of complaining and the tactics of complaining There is pragmatic transfer phenomenon, suggesting that the majority of English learners should focus on the target language pragmatic knowledge learning.
