已知两条红外谱带用在乙烯-丙烯-乙叉降冰渗烯(ENB)三元共聚橡胶的第三单体(ENB)含量测定上。一般,在6μ处的C=C伸展振动谱带是用于分析。另一条12.4μ处的=CH一面外变形振动谱带不适于分析,因为丙烯链段中的孤立—CH_2—基的摇摆振动在这里也有吸收产生干搅。本工作基于12.4μ谱带进行EPDM胶中的ENB含量测定,该谱带吸收强度也为丙烯单元所贡献,很难于区分开,但这个贡献可以藉一个含有等量丙烯的乙丙二元共聚物来检定。
Two infrared bands are known to be used for the determination of the third monomer (ENB) content of ethylene-propylene-ethylidene norbornene (ENB) terpolymer rubber. In general, the C = C stretching vibration band at 6 μ is used for the analysis. Another 12.4μ outside the = CH side of the deformed vibration band is not suitable for analysis, because the propylene segment of the isolated -CH_2-based rocking vibration absorption there is also dry stir.
