一个偶然的机会,本文作者听说有人在天津发现了一部上世纪初美国产的电影摄影机,根据早期中国电影发生史的脉络,这是极其罕见的一个发现。于是,作者开始通过网络搜索利器钩沉第一代中国电影人的踪迹,一宗宗离奇的事件让这一“穿越”之旅陷入迷雾,线索还曾一度中断。而当所有的可能性被一一追寻之后,早期中国电影史上容易被人忽略的重要节点和人物渐次清晰。鉴于本文篇幅较长,本刊将分两期连载,以飨读者。
By chance, the author of this article heard that someone found a movie camera in the early 1900s in the United States. This is an extremely rare discovery based on the context of the early Chinese film history. As a result, the author began to trace the traces of the first generation of Chinese filmmakers through the web search tool.
