一、上海金属交易所上海金属交易所是由物资部和上海市政府共同领导的国家级市场,5月28日开张营运。交易所为全民所有制法人,兼有管理和服务职能,但管理和经营是分离的。其业务范围是:提供金属集中交易场所;主持并管理场内交易;办理清算交割;提供信息服务。
1. Shanghai Metal Exchange The Shanghai Metal Exchange is a national market jointly led by the Ministry of Materials and Shanghai Municipal Government. It opened its operations on May 28th. The exchange is a legal entity owned by the whole people and has both management and service functions, but management and operation are separate. Its business scope is: providing metal focused trading venues; hosting and managing on-floor transactions; handling clearing and settlement; providing information services.
