《价格月刊》1992年第一期刊登了吴佩群同志的《国营商店零售价格仍需保留分位数》一文,文中对保留分位数的重要性作了5点说明。本人认为作者在文中所论述的5点有的有一定的道理,有的带有一些片面性。我们知道,事物都是一分为二的,也不是一成不变的。以商品价格保留分位数来说吧,我认为绝对取消“分”不合理,一律保留“分”也不一定合适。1、从物价管理的需要来看,保留分数与否,可建议物价部的根据市场发展的需要,改革作价办法,物价检查时就不会认为是计算差错了。2、从物价定价原则的需要来看,作者
In the first issue of the “Price Monthly” in 1992, Comrade Wu Peiqun published the article “Retail price of state-owned shops still needs to retain quantiles.” Five points were explained in the article on the importance of retaining quantiles. I think that some of the five points discussed by the author in the article have some truth, and some have some one-sidedness. We know that things are divided into two and are not static.
