目的:探讨葡萄糖酸镁的药理、药效以及临床口服补镁的效果。方法:低镁患者口服葡萄糖酸镁,测定给药前后血镁浓度。结果:葡萄糖酸镁口服补镁有效率达100％。结论:葡萄糖酸镁是治疗和预防镁缺乏的有效口服补镁药物。
Objective: To investigate the pharmacology and pharmacodynamics of magnesium gluconate and the effect of clinical oral magnesium supplement. Methods: Low magnesium in patients with oral magnesium gluconate, determination of serum magnesium concentration before and after administration. Results: Magnesium gluconate oral magnesium efficiency up to 100%. Conclusion: Magnesium gluconate is an effective oral magnesium supplement for the treatment and prevention of magnesium deficiency.
