谁说戏班儿的日子不好过?谁说“同行是冤家?”我在战友团的感觉就不是这样。我是中国戏曲学院1981年的毕业生。记得当我学业结束,行将分配的时候,有的老师和朋友就主张我到战友京剧团。当时我还不明白这里面的意思,只是抱着服从组织分配的思想,来到了战友京剧团。现在,经过了三年多的时间,我明白了。这里是一个多么好的集体!我感到亲切温暖,如同又走进了
