高等职业教育是以培养学生良好的职业道德和职业能力为基本目标,具体要求是使学生走上工作岗位之后应具备持续发展的能力,具有扎实的、系统的专业知识。因此,根据高职《出纳业务操作》课程技能操作性强的特点,利用厦门网中网软件公司开发的出纳实务实训教学平台组织教学具有很强的现实意义。文章主要结合运用会计仿真软件研究课程教学模式的改革,并对教学内容、教学方法、教学组织实施以及教学评价等方面进行了阐述,努力构建高效课堂,帮助学生毕业后快速胜任出纳岗位,提高就业竞争力。
