任何一名从事社会活动的领导者,领导任何一个组织系统,如果使用的方法和应用同一方法的技巧不同,就会产生不同的绩效。这说明:实施有效的行政管理,不仅需要科学的方法,还需要掌握运用这些方法的艺术手段。本文试图联系我们县委办公室的工作实际,通过对日常行政管理中非规范化的艺术手法的概括,找出规律性的东西——行政管理的艺术原则。
Any leader who engages in social activities, leading any of the organizational systems, will have different performance if the methods used are different from the techniques used to apply the same method. This shows that implementing effective administration requires not only a scientific approach but also the art of using these methods. This article attempts to contact the actual work of our County Office, through the daily administrative management of non-standardized summary of the arts, to find out the regularity of things - the art of administrative management principles.
