为了调查由镉暴露引起的骨疾病机制,本文收集了5名“痛痛病”患者,36名患有肾小管损伤的镉暴露居民以及17名无镉暴露者的血清样品,然后分析1α,25-二羟基维生素D[1α,25(OH)_2D]、甲状旁腺激素、β_2-微球蛋白、钙及无机磷。对镉暴露者还测定了磷酸盐肾小管重吸收百分数(%TRP)。结果表明,痛痛病患者和患有肾损伤的镉暴露者其血清1α,25(OH)_2D水平低于无镉暴露者,镉暴露者血清甲状旁腺素和β_2-微球蛋白浓度较高;
In order to investigate the mechanism of bone disease caused by exposure to cadmium, we collected 5 serum samples of “pain patients”, 36 cadmium exposed residents with renal tubular injury, and 17 cadmium-free exposed patients, and then analyzed serum levels of 1α, 25 - dihydroxyvitamin D [1α, 25 (OH) _2D], parathyroid hormone, β_2-microglobulin, calcium and inorganic phosphorus. The percentage of phosphate tubular reabsorption (% TRP) was also measured for cadmium exposure. The results showed that the levels of serum 1α, 25 (OH) _2D in patients with pain and cadmium exposure with kidney injury were lower than those without cadmium exposure, and the levels of serum parathyroid hormone and β_2-microglobulin in cadmium exposure were higher ;
