高校基层党组织是党在高校全部工作和战斗的基础。在目前我国提出要建设学习型社会、我党提出要建设学习型政党的背景下,如何积极推进高等院校学习型党组织建设,成为摆在高校党建工作面前的一个重要课题。
The grassroots party organizations in colleges and universities are the foundation for all the party’s work and fight in colleges and universities. Under the background that our country proposes to build a learning society and our party proposes to build a learning party, how to actively promote the construction of learning party organizations in colleges and universities has become an important issue facing the party building in colleges and universities.
