中职学生英语基础普遍薄弱,一部分学生学习积极性不高,英语成绩两极分化明显。特别是工科专业学生英语基础差别很大,传统的教学模式严重地挫伤了学生学习英语的积极性。基于此,尝试在专业内部实行流动分层的教学模式,经过两年的实践,大部分学生对英语逐渐产生了兴趣,课堂参与性逐渐增强,学习成绩也逐步提高。
Vocational students generally weak English foundation, part of the enthusiasm of students learning is not high, the obvious polarization of English proficiency. In particular, engineering majors have great differences in English fundamentals. The traditional teaching model has seriously dampened the enthusiasm of students in learning English. Based on this, we try to implement a mobile hierarchical teaching model in the profession. After two years of practice, most students have gradually become interested in English, and their participation in the classroom has gradually increased. Their academic performance has also gradually increased.
