在新的世纪内,国内地方电视台民生新闻栏目掀起了大改革,一些手段灵活、关注百姓民生的特色栏目获得了较高的知名度以及收视率。论文根据已有的民生新闻栏目改进成果,结合企业目标管理的方法,对促进电视栏目质量的提升进行了探索,提出了包括制定全面合理的目标、制定具有自身独特色彩的目标、制定便于量化的目标在内的提高目标管理的方法策略。
In the new century, the livelihood news section of the local local television stations set off a major reform and some of them are flexible. The special sections focusing on people’s livelihood have gained a high reputation and ratings.
