记得小时候,便听老师说:松、竹、梅,并称岁寒三友,历来文人和画家们都喜欢写它,画它,用来象征和赞美坚贞不移的崇高品质。我的家乡在苏南水乡,村前屋后,竹林森森,梅花也不罕见。每当寒风凛冽,雪花飞舞的季节,万物雕零,河岸的杨柳和桃树只剩下光秃秃的枝干,显出一派垂头丧气的景象。唯有一丛丛竹林,郁郁葱葱,生意盎然,一株株梅花,昂首怒放,幽香朴鼻。因此,我打心眼里喜爱竹、梅。松树,幼时虽未见过,我想它既是竹、梅的好友,必定也是值得敬重的。但要我说出它的风采和美德,心中却很茫然。我开始了解松树,对它油然而起敬意,是在二十年前第一次读了陶铸同志《松树的风格》之后。从那时起,松树的风姿、品格,连同陶铸不朽的文采,便深深铭刻在我的心中,以真、善、美的形象,给我们巨大的启示和鼓舞。

Behind the front of the village, the bamboo forest and the plum blossom are not uncommon. Whenever the wind is blowing and the season of snowflake is flying, all things are carved, and the willows and peach trees on the river bank are bare branches, showing a dejected scene. Only a bamboo forest, lush and full of business, a plum blossom, prosperous, fragrant Park Nose. Therefore, I love bamboo and plum in my heart. The pine tree, although I haven’t seen it since childhood, I think it is a friend of bamboo and plum, and it must be respectable. However, if I want to speak out its charisma and virtue, I am very sad in my heart. I began to understand pine trees and paid homage to it. It was the first time I read Comrade Tao Zhu’s “Style of Pines” 20 years ago. Since then, the grace and character of the pine trees, together with the immortal literary talents, have been deeply engraved in my heart and have given us tremendous enlightenment and encouragement in the image of truth, goodness, and beauty.
