在北京,住宅通用设计牵动着千家万户的家庭生活,必须不断改进住宅的通用设计以满足他们的需要。 我们正在进行的“86～90系列住宅通用设计”适应于“第七个五年计划”期间北京市一般职工住宅的建设。此系列基于“第六个五年计划”期间“80、81系列住宅通用设计”被采用共建成500多万平方米的住宅。现在,在此基础上进行改进,推出了“86～90系列住宅通用设计”。其改进的依据是“七五计划”期间住宅建设的新形势、新政策、新要求及一系统新的规范及标准。1985年我们进行的较大规模的“住户意愿调查”结果及住宅建筑技术的新发展也给改进工作创造了条件。
In Beijing, the universal design of homes affects the lives of millions of families and must continually improve the general design of the home to meet their needs. Our ongoing “86-90 series of residential general design” is adapted to the construction of Beijing’s general employee housing during the “Seventh Five-Year Plan.” This series is based on the “6th Five-Year Plan” during the “80,81 series of housing common design” was used to build more than 5 million square meters of housing. Now, based on this improvement, the “86-90 series of residential common design” was introduced.
