长期以来,笔者总在思索着一个问题,就是我们广大幼儿园(班)教师、保育员等,究竟是怎样的一个社会群体。编完这期稿子,我的思路更明晰了。从工作性质看,广大幼儿园的教职工,长年累月,工作在祖国的城乡各地(有相当多的还在山区、海岛及贫困地区),为培养祖国的一代新人,干着平凡而又繁琐的幼儿保教工作。他们谈不上有什么惊天动地的业绩,却有闪亮发光的精神品质。概括起来,大致有三条:一是热爱儿童,热爱幼教事业;二是勤奋工作,默默奉献,朴质无华,淡泊名利;三是不伯困难、挫折,敢于迎着世俗偏见而上。这一切,在本期“育苗人”、“温馨一束”等栏目的文章中,都有较生动的反映。
For a long time, I always think about a problem, that is, our kindergarten (class) teachers, childcare workers, what exactly is a social group. After editing this issue, my thinking is clearer. From the nature of the work, the majority of kindergarten teachers, for many years, work in all parts of the motherland’s urban and rural areas (quite a few still in the mountains, islands and poor areas), to train a new generation of motherland, doing ordinary and tedious child care jobs. They do not talk about any earth-shattering performance, but there is a shining spirit of quality. To sum up, there are roughly three articles: one is love for children and the other is for early childhood education; the other is hard work, dedication, prosaicism and indifference to fame and fortune. Third, we must not face difficulties and setbacks and dare to face secular prejudices. All this, in this issue of “nursery”, “a bunch of warm” and other sections of the article, have a more vivid reflection.
