目的探讨经尿道气化电切除术切除前列腺的护理体会。方法选取2013年7月-2015年7月期间在我院行经尿道气化电切除术切除前列腺患者158例,回顾分析患者的并发症发生情况及相应的护理措施。结果 158例患者中,术后共发生并发症39例、所占比例为24.68%。结论对尿道气化电切除术切除前列腺患者行针对性护理,对预防与治愈并发症具有重要意义。
Objective To investigate the nursing experience of transurethral resection of prostate for prostatectomy. Methods A total of 158 prostatectomy patients undergoing transurethral vaporization resection in our hospital from July 2013 to July 2015 were retrospectively analyzed. The complication and corresponding nursing measures were retrospectively analyzed. Results Among 158 patients, there were 39 cases of postoperative complications, accounting for 24.68%. Conclusions Targeted nursing for prostatectomy patients undergoing electrovaporization of the urethra is of great significance for the prevention and cure of complications.
