对我院20011年3月至2012年5月收治并误诊的糖尿病酮症酸中毒2例的临床资料进行回顾性分析结果:本组首发症状多样,可有呼吸道、消化道或心血管系统症状,最后确诊为糖尿病酮症酸中毒在我科积极治疗,均痊愈。糖尿病酮症酸中毒的临床表现复杂多样,易误诊,注意详细的病史询问和完善的体格检查是避免误诊的关键。
The clinical data of two cases of diabetic ketoacidosis admitted and misdiagnosed from March 2001 to May 2012 in our hospital were retrospectively analyzed. The first symptom of this group was diverse, which could have respiratory, digestive or cardiovascular symptoms, The final diagnosis of diabetic ketoacidosis in our active treatment, were cured. Clinical manifestations of diabetic ketoacidosis complicated and varied, easily misdiagnosed, pay attention to detailed medical history and improve the physical examination is the key to avoiding misdiagnosis.
