本文通过身处城乡两校的对比分析,剖析了城乡教师差异的根本原因,从而就一体化建设基础上建立城乡教师联动机制提出些建议,为城乡教育协调发展起到积极地推动作用。
Based on the contrastive analysis of the urban and rural areas, this paper analyzes the root causes of the differences between urban and rural teachers, and puts forward some suggestions on how to establish the urban-rural teacher linkage mechanism based on the integrated construction. It plays an active role in promoting the coordinated development of urban and rural education.
