围场满族蒙古族自治县位于我省最北部的坝上山区,曾是国家级贫困县,有37个乡镇、312个村、50万人口。这里山川秀美,民风淳朴。我是一个土生土长的围场人,对家乡有着深厚的感情。在自己家乡这样一个面积大、人口多的农业大县、工业小县、财政弱县任县委书记,深感压力大、责任重。作为一把手,能否尽快带领全县人民脱贫致富,取决于是否对农民群众有真实的感情,取决于对全县总体情况、特别是对农村问题的把握程度。
Weichang Manchu and Mongolian Autonomous County is located in the most northern Bashang mountains, was a national poverty-stricken counties, 37 towns, 312 villages, 500,000 people. Here beautiful mountains and rivers, simple folk customs. I am a native paddler and have deep feelings for my hometown. In his own hometown, a large area and a large population of large agricultural counties, small industrial counties and weak counties as county party secretaries, are deeply stressed and have heavy responsibilities.
