本文提出管理人员应营造正面的组织公正性氛围,通过优化管理规则和程序,以及人性化的交往提高员工对规范化管理的接受度,使人性化和规范化管理得以有效的统一。
This paper proposes that managers should create a positive atmosphere of organizational justice and improve the acceptance of standardized management by optimizing management rules and procedures and humanized contacts so that the humane and standardized management can be effectively unified.
