本文阐述了投资环境的定义,分别从有利因素和不利因素对闸北区投资环境做了评价,并收集了相关数据给以以支持,并基于此提出了完善具有投资吸引力的基础设施、大力促进招商引资工作、努力改善金融服务水平、大力引进具有先进技术含量的高新技术企业、创造良好的政策环境等若干条建议以改善闸北投资环境。
