中国电子出版业经过几年的发展终于开始走向成熟。其光盘图书市场的前景越来越为人们所瞩目,不仅电子出版行业开始加快发展步伐,加大投资力度,一些非电子出版单位也在考虑跨行业投资。这些举措肯定会给电子出版行业带来新的繁荣,是值得庆慰之事。在大举进军开发光盘图书之前,笔者认为应着重研究以下几个问题。 一、规模经济与规模效益 所谓规模经济,是指在现代化生产过程中,企业通过合理的生产规模提高生产能力,降低产品平均成本,提高劳动生产
After several years of development, China’s electronic publishing industry has finally begun to mature. The prospect of its CD-ROM market is attracting more and more attention. Not only has the electronic publishing industry started to accelerate the pace of development and investment, some non-electronic publishing companies are also considering cross-sector investment. It is rewarding that these initiatives will surely bring new prosperity to the electronic publishing industry. In the large-scale development CD-ROM books before, I think we should focus on the following questions. I. Economies of scale and economies of scale The so-called economies of scale means that in the process of modernized production, enterprises increase their production capacity through reasonable production scale, reduce the average cost of products and increase labor productivity
