目的考察芪桂消癥颗粒的抗炎镇痛作用。方法通过二甲苯致耳肿胀,蛋清致足肿胀法及塑料环致大鼠肉芽肿法观察芪桂消癥颗粒的抗炎作用;采用热板法和扭体法观察芪桂消癥颗粒的镇痛作用。结果芪桂消癥颗粒对二甲苯所致小鼠耳肿胀、蛋清所致大鼠足肿胀和塑料环所致肉芽组织增生有良好的抑制作用;并能提高热致痛小鼠的痛阈,减少醋酸致小鼠扭体的次数。结论芪桂消癥颗粒具有抗炎与镇痛作用。
Objective To investigate the anti-inflammatory and analgesic effects of Qi Gui Xiao Zheng Granules. Methods The anti-inflammatory effect of Qi Guixiao Granule was observed by xylene-induced ear swelling, egg white induced foot swelling and plastic ring induced granuloma in rats. The analgesic effect of Qi Guixiao Granule was observed by hot plate method and writhing method effect. Results Qiuguxiaozheng Granule has good inhibitory effect on xylene-induced ear swelling in mice, paw edema induced by egg white and granulation tissue hyperplasia induced by plastic rings, and can increase pain threshold and decrease in heat induced pain mice Acetic acid caused the number of writhing in mice. Conclusion Qi Guixiao granule has anti-inflammatory and analgesic effects.
