根据国家卫生部1978年颁发的《医用诊断 X 线卫生防护规定》,我们组织了有关放射卫生的行家对我部所属17个师医院以下的医疗单位33台 X 线机的防护性能及照片操作处的照射量率进行了测定。防护性能检测合格率已达93.9%。我们认为,在边防基层卫生单位,只要领导重视对 X 线的防护,各医疗单位积极想办法,因陋就简,就地取材,挖潜改造,基层卫生单位完全可能搞好 X 线机的性能防护工作。我们的具体经验是:
