桃仁对经体外细胞培养中的纤维母细胞生长具有抑制作用,将其用于实验性小梁切除术的家兔动物模型上。发现它具有抑制炎症细胞及纤维母细胞增生的作用;局部应用无副反应。可能是一种防止抗青光眼滤过性手术后过度疤痕形成,促进功能性滤过泡形成的安全而有效的药物。
Peach kernels have an inhibitory effect on the growth of fibroblasts in in vitro cell culture and they are used on experimental rabbit models of experimental trabeculectomy. It was found to have an inhibitory effect on the proliferation of inflammatory cells and fibroblasts; there was no side effect of topical application. It may be a safe and effective drug to prevent excessive scarring after glaucoma filtering surgery and promote the formation of functional filtering blebs.
