文献报道,衰老过程伴有抗氧化活性降低和血浆过氧化脂质(LPO)水平的改变。血浆LPO含量取决于自由基一过氧化物的生成与内源性抗氧化系统的防御能力。本文测定143例健康人血浆总抗氧化活性(AOA)和LPO水平,探讨二者的关系及其增龄性变化,旨在为研究衰老过程提供观察指标。对象与方法将经体检证实的肝功与血脂正常的143例健康教职工分为三组,其中30~44岁43例(男24,女19),45~59岁72例(男37,女35);≥60岁组28例(男17,女11),血浆AOA测定参照Е.Б.Слектор等法(1984)略有改进,血浆LPO按В.Б.Гаврилов等法(1983)测定。
Reported in the literature, the aging process accompanied by decreased antioxidant activity and plasma lipid peroxidation (LPO) levels change. Plasma LPO levels are dependent on the defense of free radical monoperoxides and endogenous antioxidant systems. In this paper, the determination of plasma total antioxidant activity (AOA) and LPO levels in 143 healthy subjects, to explore the relationship between the two and age-related changes, aims to provide an observation index for the study of aging process. Subjects and Methods 143 healthy teachers and staff whose liver function and blood lipids were confirmed by physical examination were divided into three groups, of whom 43 were male aged 30 to 44 (male 24, female 19), 72 male 45 to 59 (male 37 female 35). There were 28 patients (male 17, female 11) ≥60 years old. The plasma AOA was slightly improved according to the method of Е.Б.Слектор et al. (1984). The plasma LPO was measured by the method of В.Б.Гаврилов et al. (1983).
