用凝集素亲和细胞化学ABC法研究了74例7~38周人胚胎肠道粘膜上皮糖复合物的出现和分布。发现UEA-1能标记15~38周小肠粘膜上皮的柱状细胞核上胞质和32~38周直肠粘膜上皮的糖萼和柱状细胞核上胞质;WGA能标记10~38周小肠粘膜上皮的糖萼和柱状细胞核上胞质;ConA能标记7~38周小肠、12~22周升结肠、横结肠和直肠粘膜上皮的糖萼和杯状细胞核上胞质。肠粘膜上皮糖复合物的出现和分布与上皮细胞的分化有关。
The appearance and distribution of intestinal mucosal epithelial glycoconjugates in 74 cases of human embryos from 7 to 38 weeks were studied by lectin affinity cell chemistry ABC method. UEA-1 was found to be able to label the cytoplasm of the columnar nuclei of the small intestine mucosal epithelium and the glycocalyx of the rectal epithelium and the cytoplasm of the columnar nuclei of the rectum mucosal epithelium from week 32 to week 38; WGA was able to label the glycocalyx of small intestinal mucosal epithelium from 10 to 38 weeks And cytoplasm of columnar nucleus; ConA can mark 7 to 38 weeks of small intestine, 12 to 22 weeks ascending colon, transverse colon and rectal mucosa epithelial glycocalyx and goblet cell nucleus.
