随着国民经济保持健康、稳定、快速的发展,我国在基本建设投资方面保持了良好的发展势头。但投资增长率呈下降趋势,建筑业的增长速度也呈下降趋势。此外,建筑业是劳动密集型行业,行业内竞争非常激烈,企业效益差。这些情况也反映在上市公司上面,建筑业上市公司的主营业务毛利率只有11％,主营业务收入和利润增长率呈下降趋势。
