本文以某炼铁高炉净环水为对象,对循环冷却水高pH碱性运行的阻垢缓蚀进行了研究,筛选出一复合配方。工业性试验结果表明,此配方使对A3钢的污垢附着速率、腐蚀速率和污垢热阻均低于国家规定的指标要求,说明该配方有良好的阻垢缓蚀性能。配方主要通过络合增溶,晶格歪曲,凝聚与分散作用达到阻垢;通过锌盐在阴极形成氢氧化锌沉淀膜抑制阴极反应而达到缓蚀。
In this paper, an ironmaking blast furnace net water as an object, the circulating cooling water high pH alkaline operation of the scale and corrosion inhibition were screened out a composite formula. Industrial test results show that this formula makes the dirt on the A3 steel adhesion rate, corrosion rate and fouling resistance are lower than the national standard requirements, indicating that the formula has a good scale and corrosion inhibition performance. The formulation achieves scale inhibition mainly through complex solubilization, lattice distortion, agglomeration and dispersion, and inhibits the cathode reaction by forming a zinc hydroxide precipitation film on the cathode through zinc salt.
