建国以来，我国的科技事业有了较大的发展，但是，我省林业科学技术同经济相脱离的问题在某些方面没有得到解决。科研与生产严重脱节，科研人员往往注重科研的理论水平，忽略现实实际需要，成果多处于实验室和图纸阶段，常常是研究出来便束之高阁，与“科教兴国”的方针不相适
Since the founding of the People’s Republic of China, there has been a great development of science and technology in our country. However, the problem of separating forestry science and technology from the economy in our province has not been solved in some aspects. Scientific research and production are seriously out of touch with each other. Researchers often pay attention to the theoretical level of scientific research and neglect their actual needs. The results are mostly in the laboratories and drawings. They are often put on the shelf and are incompatible with the principle of “rejuvenating China with science and education”
