工业生产过程中Zr-4合金产生的沉淀相主要是金属间化合物Zr(CrFe)_2和锆的氢化物。铸锭和经过α相区加工的材料中,Zr(CrFe)_2是尺寸较大的、具有FCC结构的粒子;时效处理产生细小的具有HCP结构的Zr(CrFe)_2粒子。工业生产过程中产生的氢化物主要是片状的,具有FCC结构的δ氢化物。少量γ氢化物可能由应变诱导生成。文章讨论了沉淀相之间的关系。
The precipitates of Zr-4 alloy in industrial production are mainly the intermetallic compounds Zr (CrFe) 2 and zirconium hydride. Zr (CrFe) 2 is larger in size and has a FCC structure in the ingot and the α-phase processed material; and the aging treatment results in the formation of fine Zr (CrFe) 2 particles with the HCP structure. The hydride produced during industrial production is mainly flaky, with δ-hydride of the FCC structure. Small amounts of gamma hydride may be induced by strain. The article discusses the relationship between precipitated phases.
