教师是教育教学工作的核心所在,教师堪比教育教学工作的“发动机”。即教师队伍的整体水平直接决定着教育教学工作的发展状况。因此,作为教育主管部门,必须千方百计通过组织各种形式的培训工作提升教师的整体水平。教育主管部门的培训工作务必讲究实效性,即要花费尽可能少的时间取得尽可能多的成效。在潜心借鉴相关理论研究成果的基础上,结合教育主管部门教育教学管理工作实际,简略论述教育主管部门对中小学教师开展培训工作的一些有效策略。
Teachers are the core of education and teaching work, teachers comparable to education and teaching work “engine ”. That is, the overall level of teachers directly determines the development of education and teaching work. Therefore, as education authorities, we must do everything possible to improve the overall quality of teachers by organizing various forms of training. The training of education authorities must pay attention to effectiveness, that is, it takes as little time as possible to achieve as much effectiveness as possible. On the basis of concentrating on the research results of relevant theories, this paper briefly discusses some effective strategies for the training of primary and secondary school teachers by education authorities based on the actual situation of education and teaching management in education authorities.
