1病例报告患者男,22岁。因双眼反复红肿疼痛,伴视力下降3个月余,左眼加重1天就诊。2年前无明显诱因反复出现多发性口腔溃疡,疼痛明显,约每个月发作1次,2周左右溃疡自行愈合。18个月前无明显诱因反复出现疼痛性生殖器溃疡,1~2周后溃疡自行愈合,愈合后遗留瘢痕。之后双眼反复交替出现肿痛、畏光,伴视力下降,在外院诊断为急性虹膜睫状体炎,给予局部抗感染、扩瞳及口服激素类药物治疗后,症状有所缓解。查体:体温、脉搏、呼吸、血压均正常,下唇黏膜可见2处大小5mm×
A case report Male patient, 22 years old. Repeated swelling and pain due to both eyes, with more than 3 months of visual acuity, left eye increased 1 day treatment. 2 years ago, no obvious incentive to recurrent multiple oral ulcers, pain was obvious about 1 episode per month, about 2 weeks ulcer heal. 18 months ago, there was no obvious incentive to recurrent painful genital ulcers, ulcers after 1 to 2 weeks to heal, scar left after healing. After repeated alternating eyes swelling and pain, photophobia, with decreased visual acuity, the diagnosis of acute iridocyclitis in the outer hospital, giving local anti-infection, dilation and oral hormone therapy, the symptoms eased. Physical examination: body temperature, pulse, respiration, blood pressure were normal, the lower lip mucosa visible 2 size 5mm
