根据现有核电标准中不锈钢钝化膜质量检验的原理及特点,从实验室和核电工程应用角度对比蓝点法与邻菲罗啉两种显色法的特点。结果表明,邻菲罗啉显色法具有检测灵敏度高、稳定性强、现场适应性强的优点,为核电站不锈钢设备钝化质量检查与控制提供了有效的评估手段。
According to the principle and characteristic of stainless steel passive film quality inspection in existing nuclear power standard, the characteristics of two colorimetric methods, blue point method and o-phenanthroline, are compared from the laboratory and nuclear power engineering application perspective. The results show that the phenanthroline colorimetric method has the advantages of high sensitivity, strong stability and strong adaptability to the scene. It provides an effective evaluation method for quality inspection and control of stainless steel equipment in nuclear power plants.
