采用CaCO3饱和溶液作换热介质 ,对常规碳钢和不锈钢制作的光管换热管和内置圆珠构件换热管开展了防止污垢沉积的实验研究。实验研究结果表明 :(1)换热管内置圆珠构件使管内流体出现卡曼涡街现象 ,增加流体湍流度 ,破坏了壁面附近的层流层 ,可限制污垢在壁面沉积 ;(2 )内置的弹性珠构件在流体带动下不断与邻近管壁碰撞、冲刷 ,诱导流体振动使沉积在管内壁的污垢自行脱落 ,具有自清洁效果 ;(3)内置弹性珠对碳钢和不锈钢具有相同的阻垢效果
The saturated solution of CaCO3 was used as the heat transfer medium to carry out experimental research on preventing the deposition of fouling on the tube of heat exchangers made of conventional carbon steel and stainless steel and the heat exchange tube with built-in bead members. The experimental results show that: (1) The built-in ball-and-tube components of the heat transfer tube cause the Karman vortex phenomenon in the fluid in the tube to increase the fluid turbulence and destroy the laminar flow near the wall, thus limiting the deposition of fouling on the wall; (2) Of the elastic bead member in the fluid under the continuous collision with the adjacent pipe wall, erosion, fluid induced vibration so that the dirt deposited on the pipe wall off, with a self-cleaning effect; (3) built-in elastic carbon steel and stainless steel with the same resistance Scale effect
