目的观察平衡针灸配合腰突穴针刺治疗腰椎间盘突出症的疗效.方法224例腰椎间盘突出症患者,随机分为治疗组与对照组,每组各112例.治疗组采用平衡针灸腰痛穴配合腰突穴针刺治疗,对照组采用腰突穴为主针刺治疗.在治疗前后记录患者的视觉模拟评分(VAS).结果治疗后治疗组的VAS评分明显低于对照组(P<0.01).结论采用平衡针灸配合腰突穴针刺治疗腰椎间盘突出症效果明显.“,”Objective To observe the effect of balance acupuncture combined with Waist axon acupuncture in treating lumbar intervertebral disc herniation. Methods 224 cases of patients with lumbar intervertebral disc herniation, were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, 112 cases in each group. Balance acupuncture combined with low back pain treated by Acupuncture on, control group only with low back pain by acupuncture therapy. Before and after the treatment were recorded in patients with visual analogue scale (VAS). Results after treatment with VAS in treatment group was significantly lower than the control group (P<0.01). Conclusion acupuncture and into the balance acupuncture treatment of lumbar disc herniation with obvious effect.
